1. Keep your word. We not only need to consider what we say, but also how to pronounce it. There are times when just because a mistake, or a cynical tone of voice and expression can provoke an argument. Avoid sharp words and unnecessary.
2. Do not bob up and down past failures. Remember, maybe we're talking with people who have failed in the past. Rather than bob up and down past that could cause misunderstanding, it's better to talk about things now.
3. Do not show word snob. No need to praise ourselves for an act which we never do. Humility is key in establishing positive communication. Learn to rejoice when others receive praise, even when we deserve it.
